GOVERNMENT OFFICES: Federal, state, county and city offices will be closed Jan. 1 and reopen Jan. 2. Most Redlands City Hall administrative offices are closed Dec. 23 through Jan. 2. In Chino, City Hall and most city are closed Dec. 24 through Jan. 1 and will reopen with normal operating hours Jan. 2.
