San Bernardino Police Arrest Arson Suspect for Burning a Vehicle, Killing Two Dogs Inside

January 3, 2025 – San Bernardino Police Department officials report that recently, Detectives with the District Crimes Bureau investigated an arson case of a vehicle fire in the 4600 Block of North Hallmark Pkwy. Through further investigation, the suspect was located in his vehicle, and after a pursuit, he was subsequently taken into custody.
