28 arrested during retail theft bust in San Bernardino County

San Bernardino County's latest retail theft bust resulted in 28 arrests over a one-week period. Around $10,280 in stolen property was also recovered, according to the sheriff's department. Assisting agencies included the California Highway Patrol and Homeland Security Investigations.
