Restaurants and other food establishments ordered to close and allowed to reopen by San Bernardino County health inspectors from April 18 to April 25. The Donut Makers at 395 W. Highland Ave., San Bernardino, which was ordered closed April 11 because of a rodent infestation and unsanitary conditions, was allowed to reopen April 22.
