Restaurants and other food establishments ordered to close and allowed to reopen by San Bernardino County health inspectors from April 11 to April 18. Birrieria Guadalajara at 765 W. Holt Blvd., Ontario, which was ordered closed April 5 because of insufficient hot water, was allowed to reopen April 12.
