Charles Montoya, San Bernardino’s city manager for eight months, was fired Wednesday night, May 22. The San Bernardino City Council voted unanimously in a closed-door session to terminate him without cause. Those gathered at the Feldheym Central Library in San Bernardino applauded when they heard the news.
