Riverside County’s short-term rental law is weak, report says

An ordinance enacted to crack down on noise, trash, and other problems associated with short-term vacation rentals in unincorporated Riverside County is flawed, according to a new report. The civil grand jury report suggests ways to bolster enforcement of rules to rein in short-term rentals that become neighborhood nuisances.
