Rams add QB Baker Mayfield from waiver wire

Quarterback Baker Mayfield is headed to Los Angeles. The former No. 1 overall pick was claimed on waivers by the Rams, the team confirmed Tuesday afternoon. Mayfield was released Monday by the Carolina Panthers.
