Ken Henderson appointed to Grand Terrace City Council

Ken Henderson will fill the vacant seat on the Grand Terrace City Council. The former councilmember and interim city manager will serve two years before the seat appears on the 2024 ballot. Mayor Bill Hussey vacated the post after voters elected him mayor in November.
