Inland boys athlete of the week: Xavier Washington, Rancho Cucamonga

Noteworthy: Washington was extremely efficient in Rancho Cucamonga’s season opener. He completed 29 of 33 passes for 384 yards and four touchdowns in a 27-19 victory over Apple Valley. Washington helped the Cougars overcome an early 13-0 deficit.
