For the good of L.A., Councilmembers Cedillo, de León and Martinez need to resign

The scandal involving Los Angeles City Council President Nury Martinez, councilmembers Kevin de León and Gil Cedillo, and Los Angeles County Federation of Labor President Ron Herrera clearly are in the serious category.
