Brush fire in Fontana reported 100% contained; hot spots remain

The fire was 100% contained, Cal Fire said. Containment is the percentage of the edge of the fire’s footprint where crews have dug breaks in the ground and laid hose lines, or where natural topography such as a river has stopped the spread, and firefighters do not believe the flames will jump that part of the line.
