Bicyclist critically injured in El Segundo by suspect fleeing San Bernardino County deputies

A bicyclist was hospitalized in critical condition after being hit by a fleeing suspect in El Segundo Sunday afternoon, Aug. 4, and the suspect remained at large, authorities said.
