Angels’ Shohei Ohtani, Mike Trout, Taylor Ward, Luis Rengifo up for MLB awards

Shohei Ohtani was named a finalist for four awards Thursday. The Angels’ two-way star is a finalist for the Silver Slugger Award as a DH and as a utility player. He is also a finalist for two Players’ Choice Awards: the MLB Player of the Year and American League Outstanding Player.
