Woman arrested on suspicion of abducting her daughter in Garden Grove

An Amber Alert was issued in the area, and authorities said the woman, identified as 30-year-old Christine Lujan, was found in San Bernardino County on the 15 Freeway. Officials said Lujan was arrested on suspicion of child abduction and the girl was found safe and unharmed.
