Some mountain resorts closed after storm shuts down Southern California roads

Chain restrictions were in place Thursday morning, with similar restrictions for Big Bear Mountain Resort further up the mountain. A Winter Storm Warning is in effect for the San Gabriel and San Bernardino mountains, according to the National Weather Service, including the Big Bear area, Crestline, Lake Arrowhead, Running Springs, and Wrightwood.
